The Release of Ya'juj and Ma'juj and the Day of Judgment

The Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) tribes are descendants of Adam (A.S.). The ruler Dhul-Qarnayn had trapped them behind a wall (Surah Al-Kahf, verses 92–97). Before the Day of Judgment, during the second coming of Prophet Isa (Jesus, A.S.), they will break through this wall and devour everything in their path. Who Are Ya'juj and Ma'juj?

Ya'juj (Gog) and Ma'juj (Magog) are two tribes or nations mentioned in the Qur'an and Hadith. They lived in a distant corner of the earth, and to protect mankind from their mischief, Dhul-Qarnayn built a massive barrier.

It is stated about them that they are highly corrupt and destructive.
