If you wish to attain the priceless treasure,
If you wish to attain the priceless treasure,
Restrain the loss of your semen’s measure.
All doubts will fade, and wisdom’s light
Will ignite within you, shining bright.
If you can hold that treasure within,
Your inner power will start to win.
By preserving semen, strength will grow,
And your mind’s true knowledge will begin to flow.
Whatever you know through senses five,
Will in your memory quietly survive.
But that knowledge won’t serve your soul,
Doubt will deepen, take its toll.
Losing semen while chasing facts,
Will only show how wisdom lacks.
Caught in lust’s deceiving snare,
You’ll be fooled again, unaware!
Even if you give up every task
Just to hold semen—that sacred flask—
Still you won’t get food to eat,
Though you now feast, you'll later meet
The hunger that will scorch your days,
And make mere living a deadly blaze.
So work only to fulfill your body’s need,
Beyond that, all acts will only feed
The slow loss of semen in every fold,
In hidden creases, its warmth grows cold.
Semen is the source of all insight,
A mine of fullness, gleaming bright.
If you look elsewhere, you’ll lose it all,
Distraction will cause your power to fall.
Before you act, reflect and weigh—
What you gain, and what might fray.
If your semen drains more than what you gain,
Stay away from that deed—avoid the pain.
Do everything to preserve and grow
That precious essence within you, slow.
Semen holds all that this world can give,
Only through it can your spirit live.
Fix your gaze on preserving this force,
Let no worldly charm distract your course.
If you glance toward anything else, beware—
You’ll lose your semen and all that was there.
Whatever must be done, do it on time,
Delays will waste semen, a costly crime.
Your one true task is semen retention,
It alone fulfills every inner intention.
If you retain and strengthen it each day,
Your body’s needs will be met in every way.
Your mind will be cleansed by semen’s might,
And in its mirror, God’s vision will ignite.
No one in this world will be as blessed as you,
Your soul and body will bask in joy anew.
Seeing you, a thousand hearts will sway,
Drenched in divine love, they’ll find the way.
In the love of your spirit, they’ll rise and heal,
The world around you will goodness feel.
