اللهم إني أعوذ بك من أن أشرك بك شيئًا وأنا أعلم به وأستغفرك لما أعلم به وما لا أعلم به تبت عنه وتبرأت من الكفر والشرك والمعاصي كلها وأسلمت وأمنت وأقول لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله

Transliteration:

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min an ushrika bika shay'an wa ana a'lamu bihi wa astaghfiruka lima a'lamu bihi wama la a'lamu bihi, tubtu 'anhu wa tabarra'tu min al-kufri wal-shirki wal-ma'asi kulliha wa aslamtu wa aamantu wa aqulu la ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasoolullah.

Translation in Bengali:

"O Allah! I seek refuge with You from associating anything with You knowingly. I seek forgiveness for what I know and what I do not know. I repent from it and I declare myself free from Kufr, Shirk, and all sins, and I submit to You, believe in You, and declare that there is no deity but Allah, and Muhammad (peace be upon him) is His Messenger."
